Students get so excited when Son of Ice comes to Summer Reading Camp to perform! They are excited to dance and sing along to his music. Son of Ice doesn’t just perform or write songs for students, he connects with them, talks to them one-on-one, and truly cares about their success!

Working with SOI was a great experience for us. He made the process incredibly smooth and gave us a fantastic music video for the school! I loved how he sat with us and really asked questions to learn about the culture of the school, which allowed the song to reflect our building and our culture. also the way he highlighted the kids as the stars of the video was so great! It’s something they can be proud of, which is exactly what we were hoping for; Tanglewood Pride!

Boiling Springs Elementary has had the privilege of working with Son of Ice during several different performances. His ability to capture the essence of real world problems and speak to our students has been amazing. From character building to positivity, our students have enjoyed the message that he delivers through his music...As an elementary school principal, our goal is to integrate character education into our curriculum and instruction. Son of Ice has aided in our efforts and compounded our results. It gives our kids a modern role model that communicates the same character building message using a much different approach; music.

I was introduced to Son of Ice through a mutual professional colleague. At first introduction, I knew that he had a special gift. He immediately talked about ways to help support and encourage students and teachers through music and dance. He was and is always positive and upbeat; seeking ways to improve school climate and better outcomes for students! The song that he crafted for our school was truly a change agent for promoting our PBIS system, but also giving our school a sense of pride. Our students were the stars of the video that came later. The video was wonderfully done. Community partnerships have been further developed as a result of the abundance of positive praise! Any school or organization would be fortunate to work with such an artist and genuinely good person!
